Summary: Room was nice and beds comfortable. WiFi was good 1st day or 2 and then horrible for the next 2 days. Was good again the last day. Not happy with that. Pool was horrible and this was The Reason I booked this hotel. So very disappointed. Absolutely nothing like the picture online! Keypad to room TWICE did not work and we had to go back down to main desk to rekey. This was frustrating. The second time was at 9:45pm after being out all day and the key wouldn’t work! I was told by another guest staying across the hall that another family had been let into my room that afternoon when I was not on property! I have no idea how this could occur and no one on staff could explain to me what happened. But the guest I spoke to knew the family and even his son agreed that the family somehow got into my room. They were all part of a baseball tournament. Breakfast is ok…not a lot of options but decent. One thing that was really nice is the scent in the hallways and lobby. Very nice.
